Bryan Sisto joined Organ Cole + Stock as
an associate after graduating cum laude from The Ohio State
University Moritz College of Law. Bryan has worked on a
broad range of litigation matters at the appellate, trial,
and administrative levels. Much of Bryan’s time is spent
defending clients on matters relating to Title VII, the
Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in
Employment Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Bryan has
also worked on cases for both plaintiffs and defendants
involving commercial litigation, contract disputes, and tort
actions.
Prior to joining Organ Cole + Stock, Bryan clerked for
the State of Ohio Attorney General’s Office, working on
civil defense litigation with attorneys in the Employment
Section. Bryan’s academic honors include being awarded the
John M. Adams Constitutional Law Award, and earning CALI
Excellence for the Future Award’s in both Constitutional Law
and Legislation. Bryan graduated with a B.A. in English –
Creative Writing from Miami University. Bryan was born and
raised in nearby Upper Arlington, Ohio.
